Hi! My name is Lexes. I'm a powerlifter and marathon runner located in New York City. I offer general personal training as well as powerlifting coaching! If you're looking to build strength, muscle, or just looking to feel confident and empowered in your body, that's what I'm here for! My additional training certifications are via the National Academy of Sports Medicine and include the following: fitness-nutrition specialist, sports performance specialist, and corrective exercise specialist.
