I'm a professional actress, fitness trainer, avocado toast connoisseur, and Sephora addict that just… can’t be fixed. I have 3+ years of group fitness training experience, specifically in barre, although I have dabbled in many forms of fitness over the years. I’m a trainer at Physique 57 in NYC and prior to that, was a trainer at Barre.[d] studio in North Carolina. I’m a 200 hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher and have recently launched my own online workouts titled The Gentle Warrior. We stretch, sculpt, and feel the body and mind release, as we strengthen with ease, and tone along the way. But don’t let my mindful approach fool you. With me you can expect lots of heart, burn, energy, and passion. I want to help you find your inner bad*ss warrior while vibe-ing out to Drake and Justin Bieber (no shame here) Cool? Great. LETS GO!
