Hi there, I'm Christine. I'm an actress, yogi, group fitness instructor, avocado toast connoisseur, and major Sephora addict. I have 3+ years of group fitness experience, specifically in barre, although I have dabbled in many forms of fitness over the years. I’m a trainer at Physique 57 in NYC and prior to that, was a trainer at Barre.[d] studio in North Carolina. I’m a 200 hour RYT certified in vinyasa yoga and have recently launched my own online workouts called The Gentle Warrior. We stretch, sculpt, and feel the body and mind release, as we strengthen with ease, and tone along the way. But don’t let my mindful approach fool you. With me you can expect lots of heart, burn, energy, and passion. I want to help find your inner bad*ss warrior while vibe-ing out to Drake and Justin Bieber. Let's do this.
