Hi! My name is Isadora. My goal is to make science-based health and wellness information accessible to everyone. I studied biology in college and then went on to explore the world of personal training. During my time as a fitness coach, I've worked in commercial, corporate, and private gyms, helping clients of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals. My specialties include corrective exercises and glute training along with calisthenics/bodyweight training and powerlifting. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether it's losing fat, increasing strength and/or muscle size, coaching exercise form and technique, or providing nutritional advice.
