About

Hi! I am a super proud New Yorker and have so much love for this city. While I was born in Connecticut, and have been so lucky to travel all over the world, NYC has always been home. My love for movement started at 5 when I started dancing through my twenties. I equally had a love for music, which lead me to study music in college. This love turned into a passion for yoga and fitness in my adult life while I also built a business career leading hospitality and then wellness brands. Ultimately my soul has a deep desire to help myself and people transform themselves through wellness practices. Fitness and Yoga specifically have been a foundation to my inner peace and transformation. I completed my 200 Hour yoga certification in 2016 while still having a full time corporate role with a fitness brand. I starting teaching after this making it a deeper part of my life and including meditation. I think everyone should experience the teachings and benefits of yoga and meditation.

Favorite food

I am a full on foodie turned vegan. I eat a clean plant based diet but my cheat meal would be vegan pizza from Paulie Gees in Brooklyn or Double Zero. :)

What I'm listening to

I incorporate a very diverse mix of music into my practice from deep house to rock, pop, world, and hip-hop.

What I do outside the gym

I am also a business executive. I have lead businesses in both the hospitality and wellness spaces. I am currently the COO and consultant for Box + Flow and am also building an all vegan ecommerce brand.

Favorite exercise

Ashtanga and Vinyasa style yoga flow. Outside of my yoga practice I love boxing, spinning, and reformer pilates.
