Hey guys! My name's Chris, and I'm the Fitness Manager at Blink 54th St. in Midtown Manhattan. I got into training when I enlisted in the Army as an Infantryman, and it has been a staple in my life since. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients hit their goals and set new ones. My clients all reach the goals that they work for, and I'm their number one cheerleader. The challenge of always getting better motivates me, and I'll be challenging you on a daily basis.
