Hey, y’all! I’m Kyle (he/they) and I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, 300hr Registered Yoga Teacher (Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, & Restorative), and a Professional Dancer for 8 years. From the Big Easy and now in the Big Apple! I love to train and refine movement to be functional and feel good. I started training in ballet when I was 80 lbs heavier. Dance training led me to the gym, where I started to lose weight. The gym led me to yoga - where I really learned what my whole being needs and how to manage injuries. Now, yoga has led me back to the gym stronger and inspired. I value holding a safe, supportive, and challenging space. Our sessions will be based on mindful movement with breath, whether that is cardio, yoga, or meditation. All levels welcome! May we all know love, peace, and joy.
