As a former NCAA collegiate athlete, physical fitness has always been of importance to me. Through my studies in kinesiology, nutrition, and rehab I've been blessed to have helped hundreds of clients in need. My main training focuses include a sound nutritional base, a results-oriented training routine, and a positive mindset! I have earned two degrees, one in Kinesiology, the second in Human Performance and Nutrition. My certifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm always eager to grow in new ways and am excited to help you do the same with fitness!
